The stay offered a clean and comfortable room, though the layout felt a bit cramped with three beds and a cot. The staff were very accommodating, promptly providing fresh sheets after a minor incident. However, late-night noise from other guests disturbed our sleep a few times. The bathroom supplies were a nice touch, and having a free coffee station in the reception was a bonus, promoting a welcoming atmosphere.

The staff was helpful and friendly throughout our stay.
My experience was a nightmare! Dust filled the air, making it impossible to relax or get a good night’s sleep. Even after multiple complaints, our concerns were met with indifference, and the promised resolution ended with only a partial refund after a sleepless ordeal.

Perfect for Explorers
Great location within walking distance to iconic sites. Friendly staff provided valuable tips for navigating the area, especially around Albayzín. Although the breakfast selection was limited, the early morning vibe in the dining area encouraged me to meet fellow travelers. Ask for parking assistance when you arrive!

I stayed in a Double or Twin Room for 2 nights. The room was spacious, and the comfort level was good with a nice size bathroom. However, there was a bit of noise from outside, which interrupted sleep a couple of times. Some cleaning issues also popped up, but the overall feel was nice.
